The Harvest is truly great

Luke 10:1-3 New King James Version (NKJV)

The Seventy Sent Out

10 After these things the Lord appointed seventy others also,[a] and sent them two by two before His face into every city and place where He Himself was about to go. Then He said to them, “The harvest truly is great, but the laborers are few; therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest. Go your way; behold, I send  you out as lambs among wolves.

Good morning children of God, I wanted to send out this mini blog update because we have many prayer requests needed for the up and coming events taking place in our little part of God's Kingdom.

First off I am going to share with you some photos of my first mission trip within Mexico. I was blessed and privileged to go down to Camalu which is about four hours from where we currently are located in Baja California. We went the first part of January it was a group of people from our church Jehova es mi Pastor located in Cerro Azul. They have been going for many years and I was able to tag along this time. The Lord has placed on my heart to raise up native missionaries. This trip gave me a picture of how it would be. It was amazing, they know the area, the language and the customs and traditions. We headed south in a Van.

Thirteen of us, along with lots of blankets to give away, toys and all our stuff plus some food for us to eat. The drive down was awesome they had taken out all of the seats and some of the youth had little stools to sit on but I preferred the blankets very cozy. We had approximately 85 blankets to give out.
We went to the Pastor and Pastora's home and had lunch and then headed to the church.

This community is a group of indigenous people that have come up from Oaxaca to work the land. The pay per day is $150.00 pesos which in dollars is approximately $8.57 per day. From six o'clock in the morning to some time in the afternoon. The Pastora said they stop half day on Saturday and have Sunday off and then begin again.

The group of youth that I was with put on a service which included a play and music and a message and the afterwards we served spaghetti and then handed out blankets and gift bags for the kids.

Everyone was happy and filled with food and love and blankets and toys. Wow sounds like the perfect combination. Physical warmth and food and Spiritual food and love.
Prayer requests:
Please pray for this upcoming event;
*The ministry is holding a women's conference and men's meeting April 21st please pray for open heavens over each of these events. It is our hope and desire to set the captives free with anointed truths. To give hope to those who would otherwise be hopeless. To shine with the Love of Jesus to all we encounter.
*I was allowed to teach English in the elementary school during the art period, three classes and the district said not during class time but we are going to have a meeting to discuss another time. So please pray for a good time for us to continue the English classes for the kids that they will be able to attend.
*March first we are going to work with some fellow Brother's and Sister's in Christ to start a feeding program before school for the children in Valle de las Palmas and also for the elderly in that area. This is something that the ministry used to help with when one of the local churches was providing this service. That particular church stopped feeding the kids so we have partnered with like minded individuals to begin again. It has always been my heart to feed the people physically and spiritually.

Matthew 25:37-40 New King James Version (NKJV)

37 “Then the righteous will answer Him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry and feed You, or thirsty and give You drink? 38 When did we see You a stranger and take You in, or naked and clothe You? 39 Or when did we see You sick, or in prison, and come to You?’ 40 And the King will answer and say to them, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did itto one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me

James 2:15-17 New King James Version (NKJV)

15 If a brother or sister is naked and destitute of daily food, 16 and one of you says to them, “Depart in peace, be warmed and filled,” but you do not give them the things which are needed for the body, what does it profit? 17 Thus also faith by itself, if it does not have works, is dead
Love and blessings to all who read this my hope is that it will touch you in a real and practical way that you may feel the Love of Jesus through action.
