Blessed beyond words

Greetings children of God!!

On the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out saying, "If anyone thirsts, let him come to Me and drink. He who believes in Me, as the scriptures has said, out of his heart will flow rivers of living water."  John 7:38-39.

We are the representatives of Jesus here on earth, we are filled with the living water. It is our job to saturate those we come in contact with, with truth and light. Shine, shine, shine so brightly that people look at you and say I want what they have, it is Jesus!! :) The light shines brightest in the darkness.

Frank and I were blessed and honored to have Lifepointe church from Elk Grove CA come down and build a church and a home for a local Pastor and his family in Tijuana. Along with a three day VBS - vacation bible school. They worked with Pastor Daniel of Ministerios Transformacion  and Kingdom builders. We were able to help with VBS and Frank was blessed to be one of the translators for the group of 60 people, they come down every year and build and "water" into the lives of those in the community here in Baja California. The relationships that we are making will last a lifetime. The bond you get with other believers, serving side by side to improve God's kingdom will be one that lasts forever into eternity.

Last year when Lifepointe came down they built two houses. One of the houses was for an amazing family who have a beautiful child named Issac which means laughter. He is one of the happiest babies I have seen. He was born with many medical complications and the parents were told that he would not live past 4 months. I am happy to report that he is now 3 years old and the family is doing great in there new home. When we meet them they were all three living in a very small trailer, the conditions need to remain as sterile as possible for Isaac. God has guided them and given them the ability to care for this "angel" this family has shown how unconditional love really works. They have risen above all odds to care for this precious angel. Thank you Jesus for placing them in our path.

Ron and the team came down from "To Mexico with Love". Ron shared a message at  "the Journey" church in Polvorin. It was his first time for a solo act, usually he shares about the ministry this time he was blessed to share about our Jesus and letting your light shine in the darkness.

My Frank was also blessed to share a message at the rehab center that we work with. He shared about the lame man healed at the pools of Bethesda. Along with part of his testimony. The men were blessed and we got to enjoy coffee and donuts (sugar and caffeine always a hit) with them after the message.

"To Mexico with Love" will be back here the first week of June and bringing Paula Friedrichsen from Bishop CA with them  to share a message on "breakthrough". She is an international speaker and a published author. She will be sharing with the church in Polvorin, the rehab center and a new church that the Lord has placed in our path "Jehova es mi Pastor" with Gustavo and Maria LaVerde here in Cerro Azul.  I personally have been so blessed by this church because they have translated the message for me each time I attend. The worship is amazing and they sing in both English and Spanish. I can feel the Presence of the Living God there. Thank you Jesus for being so faithful and ALWAYS showing up. I feel very comfortable and so appreciate being able to understand the sermon. They have begun a new ministry there holding bilingual services. Yay God!! We look forward to partnering with them for this life changing event.

Yet another praise report; the girl's that I helped care for from San Juan Bosco have been reunited with their families and four of the girl's have gotten a new home built by Amor ministries and "God's servants" from Escondido came down and helped them finish the interior portion of the home and build bunk beds. We are ever so grateful, these girls will forever hold such a special place in my heart. I was blessed to spend 15 months with them on a daily basis at the orphanage and now the Lord has placed them back into our lives. Again He is helping us to build relationships that last. Thank you to all involved in this project.

Frank and I will be holding another children's outreach on May the 20th here in Cerro Azul at the house that my sister rents for the ministry. This time will be hot dogs and soda and a message from my new friend and Sunday school teacher, Sonia. We look forward to holding these events once a month, the last one had approx 40 kids attend. We look forward to see how God will manifest Himself at this event. Yay God!!
Church on the Mountain in Crowley Lake has a beautiful piece of property here in Cerro Azul. Please pray for development of this property. I am 100 percent positive that the Lord is going to do great things with it and in this area. I encourage everyone to come down and see what I am talking about. The vision is amazing and the community here will be forever blessed by this land development. Ron Graves has been coming down to this area for close to thirty years and Frank and I are blessed to see fruit in the seeds he and others have sown for so many years to this area. Maybe it is because we are down here on a daily basis so the the growth is more apparent to us. Nonetheless the growth is happening the harvest is ready. For in this the saying is true: "One sows and another reaps." I have sent you to reap that for which you have not labored; others have labored, and you have entered into their labors.  John 4:37-38  Praise God to all of those who have come before us and dedicated their lives to this community. Wow powerful stuff going on down here in Baja California, please come and see us you will be forever blessed and your life will never be the same.

Pizza and Prayer :)

Greetings one and all!! God is Love!! Loving God and His people is an honor.

Jesus says in John 15:17 "These things I command you, that you love one another." It does not say to love one another only if you agree with the person or if you share the same political views or religious views or even if you agree with their lifestyle choices. It is a clear command from Jesus. I don't know about you but when Jesus makes a command I think we should listen. We must rise above, the world. Romans 12:2 says "And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God."
How can we ever lead people to Jesus if we are not in unity in the body of Christ. We must look past the things that we do not agree upon and focus on the truth. Jesus said, and "I am the the way, the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me." John 14:6  To come together as one body to save the lost, the lonely and the broken and those who have lost all hope. We must look beyond our differences and focus on the TRUTH. Jesus died to set us free from the bondage of this world and as Christians it is an honor to love and guide God's people. My prayer always is "Lord help me to love them like you do".

Wow, wow, wow so much is going on down here in this part of the Kingdom and I just read the other day that Kingdom means Kings domain. That brought such revelation to me. Each day is a new experience with the Lord to see what new things He can reveal to me. I was able to visit Bishop, Ca in February for two weeks and see so many people and visit with several Pastor's and church's. Yay God, and while I was there a couple of good friends gave me the idea to have pizza for the kids in our area. Buy the pizza and they will come and sure enough they did. Thanks to generous donations to the ministry we were able to hold an outreach for the kids in our neighborhood and at last count 40 kids were present. Frank shared a message with them about prayer and how they had the power to pray for one another and their families and how their prayers did make a difference and how God did hear them and He loved them. We would love to have this outreach each month to begin to plant seeds in these little lives. Most do not go to church and we are unsure of the details of their family lives but about a year ago Frank and I received a word from the Lord that our home would be like a "lighthouse" for those in need in the area. The ministry has a rental house two doors down from our house and we were able to hold the outreach there. Again thanks to a generous donation we are able to rent a house for use in the ministry. Our desire is to shine so bright with the love of Jesus that people only see Him when they look at us. Like they say sometimes YOU are the only Jesus that people see. It is time for all of US to begin to shine more brightly, so people will see us and say "I want what they have."

Ron Graves and Wes French came down February 16-19 and we had such an amazing time with. We attended a Church service in Polvorin at the church that sister Cora founded. Who now has a wonderful Pastor to help shepherd the people. Thank you Pastor Gabriel and your beautiful family for allowing us to pray with your congregation. Two groups one from Nevada and one from Utah where there also so it was wonderful to catch up with old friends. There is so much joy in your heart when you are able to serve others in such a tangible way.

That same day we had a second prayer service at Pastor Mere's church here in Cerro Azul. The number of people were few, the rains were so heavy and most people walk here and the roads are dirt so you can imagine. The worship band was amazing and the Holy Spirit was there in full force. We had the pleasure of my new friend and sister in the Lord Sonia helping us translate and we were blessed by her company. We had the opportunity to pray for all of the people and share donuts and hot coffee with them. The Presence of the Lord was so heavy that at one point I was unable to speak or think. The Holy Spirit was able to transform this very solemn and serious woman into such a joy filled child of God in the matter of minutes. Her smile was so huge from ear to ear and we were so blessed by her. Father God can utilize us for prayer and words are not even necessary. He does all of the work, we just have to be obedient and allow Him to flow through us into the ones we are praying for. So amazing to see and even more amazing to be a part of this supernatural move of the Spirit.

Your life will be forever changed by a short-term mission trip to come and visit us down here in this part of the Kingdom. The next trip is in April the dates are the 14th to the 16th of April and we are going to hold a prayer service at the Rehab center that we visit. Please see the website for details also June 1st to June 4th we are blessed and honored to have Paula Friedrichsen from Bishop CA join us and share a Word from the Lord to the people in Mexico. Paula is an ordained minister and published author who speaks nationally at church conferences and women's retreats. Most recently she was in South Africa and now we are blessed to have here join us in Mexico, Yay God!!  God is love and we are made in the image of God!! Let us love one another as Jesus loved us. Greetings children of God, love and blessings to you! Happy Birthday to our Lord and Savior Jesus. I am privileged to share with you all that has gone on down here in our little section of God's kingdom. Ron and the team from "To Mexico with Love" came down for our outreach/Christmas celebration and to hand out 125 blankets, yay God!!  We were blessed to give blankets to four different church's and a rehab center that we help with donations. It is getting very cold here and these blankets are so appreciated by all who receive them. Your donations make a real difference in peoples lives.

But seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.  Matthew 6:33  Then the righteousness will answer Him, saying "Lord, when did we see You hungry and feed You, or thirsty and give You drink? When did we see You a stranger and take You in, or naked and clothe You?" And the King will answer and say to them, "Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me" Matthew 25:37-40. Wow, so powerful: And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him. Colossians 3:17 We can show our love for Jesus by loving others, helping others in their time of need. To live as an example to those who are still not believing. To help them to receive the Lord and learn to Love Him. Then they will become self sufficient in Christ's sufficiency. They will no longer rely on "us" for help they will turn their eyes to the Lord and He will fulfill all of their needs. Yes, He will use "us" to help them but they (the new believers)  will see that their help is coming from above and we are only the vessels that carry the Glory of the Lord. 

Four families were sponsored for Christmas this year from "To Mexico with Love" the ministry is a multi-church ministry out of Bishop Ca and we receive donations from Church's in Inyo and Mono 

counties, also we have been receiving donations from a new Church in Nevada. Praise God and thank you Jesus for all who are involved with the ministry.

We were blessed to be able to go to Sister Juanita's house for posole, some say the best ever. She is an excellent cook and each time Ron brings a group down one of the highlights is to go to her home and have a meal with her and her family.

 It is so super special to have them open up their home to us and a wonderful experience for all those that get to come with us.

The Christmas outreach also became a quinceanera, we were blessed and honored to have two events on the same day. Thank you to all who were involved with making this special day possible.

Congratulations Monica we were honored to be able to share your special day with you!! We were also blessed by the wonderful food that the ladies of  Pastor Ezekiel's church prepared and decorated the dining area for us. We were able to hand out gloves, scarves, toys and blankets. 

 One body, many members all being needed and necessary. God is Love and we are so blessed to be vessels for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Happy Birthday Jesus, so look forward to see what the new year holds for all of us. I look forward to seeing some new faces down here in Baja California. Love and hugs and many blessings to all!!
